Licensed Child Care Administrator

The Administrator will be responsible to ensure efficient operation of the treatment center, by performing the following duties:

• Implement policies and procedures approved by the Board.
• Provide Staff training in the various requirements per minimum standards,
• Comply with the agency and the policies and procedures, Attend and participate at in trainings and workshops as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the program. Must be a role model with a professional demeanor at all times.
• Participate as a member of the treatment team.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards as prescribed by First Start Behavioral Residential Treatment Center program.
• Comply with all licensing standards as well as funding source guidelines.
• Interview applicants for various job positions available.
• Participate as a member of treatment team.

• Other job duties as assigned.
